Production has always felt like home to me. Nothing feels more natural than the process of bringing ideas from concept into form, and I’ve made a career of working alongside creative teams and translating vision into action. To me, the producer is the weaver; I hold the many threads that bring something to life. I’m drawn to projects that value story, collaboration, and allowing the right moments their space to breathe, and others the freedom and power to run.
After graduating from Belmont University with a degree in Entertainment and Music Business, Kimberly Novosel began her career as a wardrobe stylist, and grew from there to spend twenty years in image and brand development and later creative direction and production, managing businesses and projects in entertainment, fashion, wellness, publishing, and interior design. Today she lives in Portland, Oregon where she works with creatives to energize and personalize their marketing and community strategies in a way that’s as warm, soft, and memorable as Kimberly herself.
