JUST OVER HERE HEALING…
Hi, I’m Kimberly Novosel, a writer, coach, and longtime entrepreneur who loves working alongside people who are seeking healing, a deeper connection with themselves, or more intention and fulfillment in their work.
I provide Marketing & Events services as well as Personal Growth coaching and live events. Plus, as a lifelong writer, former columnist, and published author, I love working with written words, a passion and skill that adds an additional layer of soul to my work. I write weekly essays at Substack and hope to release a second book in the next couple of years.
On a personal note (though all of this is personal to me!), I have recently found myself on the other side of the grief of betrayal and divorce. Without the mindfulness and embodiment practices I’ve developed for myself all these years, this season would have been far harder to navigate through than it was, and now more than ever I seek to guide others into themselves and their own healing through my work.
My certifications include 200 hour Meditation Teacher Training, 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, “40 Hours of The Art of Embodied Teaching”, and Somatic Healing Certification, among others.
When I’m not in the studio/office, you’ll find me writing, hiking, or sitting on a patio somewhere.
I live in Portland, OR with my daughter, Isla.
