ABOUT YOUR TEACHERS

KIMBERLY NOVOSEL

Kimberly Novosel is a longtime entrepreneur who came to meditation as a way to heal her anxiety and addiction to busyness. She found it to be so life-changing that she retired from her 17-year entertainment industry career to share meditation with others who are seeking healing, a slower pace, and a deeper connection with themselves.

In January of 2019 she founded Flourish Meditation where she leads meditation teacher trainings, personal growth workshops, and 1:1 coaching sessions. A lifelong writer as well as a published author and columnist, Kimberly is remarkable with words, a skill that adds an additional layer of soul to her work.

When she’s not in the studio/office, you’ll find Kimberly writing, hiking, or sitting on a patio somewhere. She lives in Portland, OR with her daughter, Isla.

ANDREW LANG

Andrew Lang is an educator in the Pacific Northwest and core facilitator of the Inner Work Cohort, a month-long experience for building daily practices that fit our bodies and bring us into more presence, connectedness, and aliveness.

In 2022, he released his first book Unmasking the Inner Critic: Lessons for Living an Unconstricted Life and continues to write frequently on the importance of somatic awareness, questioning the narratives we’ve been handed, and bringing together personal inner work with collective activism and healing.

Andrew lives in Tacoma, WA with his partner, two kiddos, dogs Charlie and Pez, and the latest addition, a sweet little robot vacuum named Best Friend.
