Just Over Here is HERE

My curiosity has always been quiet. In the 10+ years of work I’ve done with others in guiding self-development and 5 years of that with a mindfulness framework, I’ve learned to ask a lot of gentle yet powerful questions of others and of myself. I’ve learned to revel in the stories of others. I’ve learned to talk about my own deepest wonders - feelings, hurts, healings, uncertainties - all of it. My curiosity has always been quiet, but its there, and now you can explore with me as I learn about the inner workings of people I greatly admire who are, as we all are, deeply human.
