The salad dressings I've examined in home and store over the last couple of weeks have revealed some surprises. The majority have sugar - ranging from 1 gram per serving (2 tablespoons) to 7 grams per serving (in my beloved Brianna's poppyseed dressing. Sad face!). This means depending on how much dressing you use on a salad, sandwich, or snack, you could be saving yourself upwards of 20 grams of sugar by keeping an eye on your dressing choice. And keep in mind that the same is true for other condiments and sauces.
Watch below while I check out a couple of standard salad dressing choices, and reveal the 0 grams of sugar option I found! It also has no MSG, no high fructose corn syrup, no preservatives, and is gluten free. Jackpot!
